Fulfillment Policy
At Hey Rafi Inc., we are committed to delivering a seamless experience from sign-up to success. Our services are delivered digitally via our web-based platform and are available immediately upon account activation or subscription purchase.
- Software Access: Upon successful payment, users receive access to the Rafi platform and its features.
- Onboarding Services: If included in your plan, onboarding and training are scheduled within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Refund Policy
Because Hey Rafi offers digital products and services that are accessible immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted to the platform.
However, we understand that things happen, so we offer the following guidelines:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations can be made at any time, but we do not issue refunds for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase. After this period, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
- Onboarding Fees: These are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, your access to Hey Rafi will continue through the paid period and will not auto-renew.
